01 Introduction

jl110 reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to meet or maintain these eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balances or winnings accumulated during the ineligible period.

03 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the jl110 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your jl110 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times and notify jl110 promptly of any changes.
• Not use a false identity, someone else's identity, or any information you are not authorized to use.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your jl110 account, whether or not authorized by you.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, jl110 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal requests will be processed.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID, such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or voter's ID.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on jl110 are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• jl110 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your jl110 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for deposits by the same account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified.
• jl110 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable compliance checks.
• jl110 reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jl110 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to its players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. jl110 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim any bonus if it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotional system.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with other offers.
• Players who have registered multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonuses. Any bonuses claimed through a secondary account will be forfeited.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the jl110 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each relevant section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jl110 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and accepted by the Platform, except in the case of a manifest error (see below).
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game settings — including but not limited to human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — jl110 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per player. These limits are displayed within each game or market prior to bet placement.
• Bets placed with funds that are subsequently found to derive from fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source will be voided.
• For sports betting, in the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed on the sportsbook.
• For live casino and slot games, the outcome is determined by certified RNG software or by the physical outcome at the live dealer studio. jl110's settlement of game results is final.

jl110 monitors betting activity for patterns indicative of arbitrage betting, match-fixing exploitation, or system abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity may have winnings confiscated and accounts permanently closed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the jl110 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Opening more than one jl110 account or assisting another person to open an account under false pretenses.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial assistance to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any jl110 game or system. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in any game or market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software component of the jl110 Platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl110 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or funds resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or internet connectivity issues beyond jl110's reasonable control.

jl110's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl110's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

jl110 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl110 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Closing the account is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Players may voluntarily close their jl110 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, jl110 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant Philippine authorities.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jl110 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl110 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jl110 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes between you and jl110 that cannot be resolved through jl110's internal customer support process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Players are encouraged to first raise disputes through the jl110 customer support channel, as many issues can be resolved quickly and without formal proceedings.
